I think it is time for a spring dinner in Door County. The snow is almost gone, the days are getting longer, daffodils are peeking out – yep – Spring!
One of the most beautiful vegetables is the combination of fresh asparagus and tomatoes. Toss with some garlic, olive oil and roast for just a bit. Shave a little Sarvecchio Parmesan, add a Certified Angus Filet of beef, bread and wine and you have a treat!
